It involves: Optimising digital platforms to maximise the collection of consumer and transactional data. Evaluating and presenting consumer trends pertaining to digital marketing, loyalty and reward programmes. Education: A Tertiary qualification, Preferably Marketing, Commerce and/or Information Systems related. Job Experience & Skills Required: 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager (developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.) Strong background in customer acquisition and retention strategies. Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar (FMCG) industry.
