Overview Deal Maker IIA major well-established bank located in Johannesburg is currently looking for a highly talented Deal Maker II to join its team of professionals.In this role, you would assist in generating and sustaining new revenue streams across the product suite. Your focus would be to originate and grow market share across the business and create a network to originate new business.Key requirements: Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standardsDeliver sales targets and grow a portfolio under guidance and supervision, by performing the end-to-end process of deal origination to deal conclusion through effective engagement and understanding of the customer’s business and needsComplete all required administrative services through continuous reporting and updating of documents related to relevant stakeholdersDevelop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships across an area of specialisationContribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own teamIdentify opportunities to expand the customer base with potentially profitable customersEnsure development and continuous value-add improvement to operational processesManages risks in own area of responsibilityBuild and maintain stakeholder relationshipsAchieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels Experience: 3+ years’ relevant experienceExperience in deal origination, deal structuring, credit policies and lending criteria Education & certificates: Relevant BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Law or relatedRelevant post-grad degree preferred
