RESPONSIBILTIES Manufacturing of new and replacement tools. A. Operational Manufacture of new and replacement dies using a variety of CNC and manual – CNC and manual turning- CNC and manual Milling (To be trained in process)- Spark eroding- Manufacture of cooling- Assembly of dies- Polish of diesAdministrative duties- Fill in time sheets- Measuring reports- Compile all relevant accident / incident reports in line with Health and Safety requirements and OSHACT Quality issues- Ensure that environmental policy and work instructions are adhered to- Ensure that Health Safety Housekeeping regulations are adhered to at all times QUALIFICATIONS- Education Level: Toolmaker- Language Requirements: EnglishEXPERIENCE:- 10 years of experience in Toolmaking- Previous experience in Wheel Manufacturing (Advantageous) Required – Forklift and Overhead crane Licence – CNC machine Knowledge – Die Assembly – Manual bench workDesirable:- Cooling Manufacturing
