• Ensuring growth and meeting annuity-based target allocations• Working with resellers to build Company annuity-based solution sets and expand on Network solutions portfolio sales• Working with the relevant Cloud, Cybersecurity, and brand silos in creating pricing structures and scalable solution offerings• Responsible for strategic account planning and execution• Opportunity management and forecasting• Relationship building with external and internal stakeholders• Solution selling with collaboration with Brand technical resources• Driving vendor engagement on deal registrations• Influencing client adoption to Networking end-to-end Solutions• Supported the transformation of the cloud portfolio, to include more IOT offerings• Contract negotiations• Manage Service level agreements• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.• Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary.• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.• The ongoing training of your salespeople.
