JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Senior Developer to join a company based in Johannesburg on a hybrid model doing 2 days in the office per week. JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful Developer will work closely with the CTO and the Senior Developer Team to provide design and software development solutions to multiple clients. Qualifications: Matric / Grade 12 BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related Degree (required) Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management Experience using system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks Knowledge of Selected Programming Languages and Frameworks: C#, WPF, .NET Framework, .NET Core, XAML, XML, HTML, CSS In-Depth Knowledge of Relational Databases: MSSQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, SQL Cipher Familiarity with Various Operating Systems: Mainly Windows Ability to work independently Excellent organizational and leadership skills Minimum 5 years’ development experience (required) Duties and Responsibilities Include: Develop high-quality software design and architecture Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting Using Azure DevOps’ pipelines feature for CI/CD Review and debug code Pull requests using Azure DevOps Perform validation and verification testing Unit tests and integration tests, where applicable Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products Daily stand-ups through Microsoft Teams Document development phases and monitor systems Ensure software is up to date with latest technologies Apply now For more IT jobs, please visit If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
