Job Description: DailyMonitoring integration and ensuring alignment and accuracy of data between SAP and CISTECHCommunicating with service providers if there are any anomalies reported on the systemsApproving creditors journals and checking creditor reconsRecording of daily transactions cash book and petty cashAssisting and supporting store managers with any queries of a financial and /or system nature WeeklyUpdating stores daily sales budgets and recording/reporting thereofWeekly sales analysis comparing budget against actual sales and growth percentages MonthlyProduce month financial reports and analysisVariance analysis-Comparing the financial reports against the budgets and percentage growthReconciliation of General LedgerChecking creditors reconciliationsChecking Bank and all cash reconciliationsReconciling Debtors accounts, issuing statements and liaising with debtorsVAT reconciliation and submitting remittance to SARSCompiling monthly sales targets and sending them out to storesPayroll financial reconciliations. Monthly payroll submissionMonthly management account journalsEnsure correct management of all control accountsUpdating of fixed asset register transactions BiannuallySupporting and assisting store managers in preparing files for stock takesReconciliation of all inventory related transactions and accountsReconcile CISTECH v SAP inventory balancesReconcile QWIX (WMS) v SAP inventory balances AnnuallyPreparing all the necessary year end reconciliationsRunning the year end procedures on the systemCompiling the audit file up to Trial balancePreparing the fixed asset registerJob Requirements: B Com/ B Tech Degree with Finance/ Accounting subjectsMinimum of 2 years accounting experience post qualifications in a Retail, manufacturing or similar fast paced environmentExperience with Financial monthly processesThorough understanding and working knowledge of financial business fundamentalsAbility to handle pressure, take ownership and accountability and drive good commercial outcomes with the management teamStrong logical thinking and analytical ability with excellent numerical skillsThe ability to be accurate and pay attention to detailExcellent planning, organizing and time management skillsExcellent and professional communicationMust be highly proficient in the latest versions of MS Office as well as SAP Business One.
