Overview Procurement LeadAn industry-leading mining company situated in Limpopo is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Procurement Lead to join their team.The Procurement Lead will manage a team of Divisional/Capex Buyers at their respective sites (Either Mining or Acid) to ensure service levels are met about all Procure to pay (P2P) as well as be responsible for their general administration, performance management and development plans.The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for: To act as focal point or site representative for all Procurement needs from the business and users.Work in close collaboration with central Procurement teams and users by proactively identifying operational needsEnsure efficient and effective buying and fulfilment of material and services in alignment with the Procurement policies and procedures. Experience: 5 years of Procurement experience in Chemical, Mining and related industries3 Years’ experience in a Management position Education & certificates: Relevant Tertiary qualification in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management/ Business ManagementPost Graduate Qualification in Management (Advantageous)Procurement certificate (Advantageous)
