Job & Company Description:In this role you will administer payroll, assist with the input of all relevant personnel information onto VIP payroll and be the contact person regarding any payroll issues and / or queries.Duties include but not limited to:Collect information from all business units in order to efficiently process all payrollsEnsure corrections are made and that authorisation is receivedEnsure monthly payrolls are ready for paymentProcess monthly payrollsProvide reports of head count and payroll cost to relevant business unit managersComplete PAYE formsComplete UIF forms as may be required, as well as assisting with claims and / or queriesComplete SDC and HIPPT formsEnsure all loan advances and / or deductions are taken off each month as per relevant agreements Education:Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics subjectRelevant payroll qualificationSkills & Experience:3 to 5 years’ experience in a full function payroll position is essentialExperience with payroll of between 500 to 1000 employees essentialSage VIP Payroll package experience is essentialStrong Microsoft Excel skillsDriver’s license and own reliable transportStrong personalityAbility to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environmentTeam playerApply now!For more finance jobs, please visit
