My client’s core business encapsulates manufacturing, distributing and marketing your everyday branded food to consumers in the middle class region.Role:You will be expected to provide the Board, senior management and Audit Committee with assurance that internal controls are effective and adequate, risk management process are aligned with company objectives and that the entity complies with the set out corporate governance codes.
