Job Description:Selling and marketing of products to the market Kwa-Zulu NatalManage & maintain Key Accounts by developing & maintaining sustainable long-term relationships with key customersCanvass and cold call potential customersAnalyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growthEnsure profitable return on the sale of productsManage customer claimsPrepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to senior managementSuggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfactionLead & motivate a high-performance sales teamHandle all customer complaintsJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required (merchandising, sales, marketing or related field) or 3 years National Sales and Marketing Diploma5+ years’ sales experience in a FMCG environment preferredExperience with Trade Agreements (advantageous) and negotiating with regional buyersSAP / SAGE 3 ERP experience (advantageous)Familiarity with CRM softwareStrong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitudeAbility and competence to operate on a strategic levelMust enjoy working in a dynamic and fast 24/7 team environmentOwn reliable transport & valid drivers licence essential with availability to travel as needed
