One of our reputable and well-respected clients’ needs a Senior Site Agent/Site Manager to assist in the management and coordination of a high value project from conception to completion in KwaZulu Natal. The ideal candidate will report to the CEO or Contracts Director. He/she must be able to provide their expertise regarding project costing in accordance with company procedures, as well as ensure that good corporate governance is practiced. The Minimum Requirements:•BSc / NHD / BTech – Construction Management OR Building •Minimum of 8 – 10 Years Relevant Experience. •People Management and Leadership experience will count in your favour. •Construction Management and Contractual Experience (JBCC, NEC, FIDIC) is advantageous.•Technical knowledge regarding concrete structures, concrete techniques, wet and finishing trades, etc. is an asset.
