Network Recruitment are currently seeking candidates for their open Telephony Application Engineer position in Johannesburg, Gauteng through Go Job Search. The incumbent’s duties will comprise of the following but not limited to;-Telephone – Aspect Telephony system-Perform second line support for the Siemens system and escalate issues- Assist with billing reconciliations- Design and implement telephony management system reports to ensure accurate service provider billing and cost allocation.- Design and implement, with contact center management, telephony outbound campaigns.- Telephony MS-Teams (Advantage)- Manage system users- Route calls to telephony vendors based on best cost and performance metrics- Measurement of system outcomes to ensure continuous improvement- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with contact center management to implement process improvements- Perform second line support for the Lync system and escalate issues as necessary to third line support.-Access, monitor, and troubleshoot tenant’s call quality and reliabilityRequirements for the role:-Relevant IT qualification- Current Aspect or Siemens Certification- MS-Teams certification an advantage- Willing to work extended hours- Drivers license and willing to travelDo not miss out on this opportunity, Apply Now!Please email your cv to
