A leading logistics company situated in Johannesburg is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Logistics Director to join their team. The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for: Ensure strategic alignment with support to the company’s business objectives. Contribute to the development of the Logistics Strategy to deliver on priorities and growth agendas. Drive the delivery of the company’s financial performance. Build strong, collaborative and effective working relationships with company leaders and senior managers. Deliver strategic alignment of risk and governance frameworks to the company’s and stakeholders’ requirements. Create a customer-centric, business partnering Logistics function able to provide decision support Requirements Postgraduate qualification in Logistics or a similar field. An MBA or an additional qualification would be advantageous. 5 to 10 years post-qualification experience in logistics management. Proven track record of managing logistics teams that deliver results and exceed expectations.
