Job & Company Description: Founded in , the company now operates internationally through 10 offices with about 50 collaborators in total. The company operates through 3 main functions, including mergers & acquisitions that include venture or growth capital advisory for renewable energy companies, project finance focusing on financial advisory relating to the structuring and raising of equity and/or debt for renewable energy assets; and Strategic advisory (i.e valuation, model supporting, market intelligence, etc) on the renewable energy market. Education:CA (SA)/ BCom / Engineering or any other related degreeCFA / FMVA Qualification would be beneficial Job Experience & Skills Required: A minimum of 1-3 years’ suitable post-qualifying work experience in Project Finance, Financial Modelling or M&AExperience in the renewable energy / infrastructure / mining industry – non-negotiableExceptional analytical skills, valuations and financial modelling acumen (must be able to build project finance models from scratch) – non-negotiableExcellent communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skillsMust be ambitious, comfortable with taking initiative and self-motivatedEnergetic personality and a team player that is driven by profitAbility to work under pressure to tight deadlines and handle a high volume of work Apply now!
