JOB SUMMARY: A leading global assurance brand is seeking to hire a seasoned audit/assurance professional to join their team. The brand has a presence in numerous countries and has long track record in South Africa as an employer of choice that values their employee’s well being. JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for the following People management Training and development of staff Managing the performance of staff Client engagement and liaison Client and business development Execution of complex audit engagements Act as a reviewer in the Audit Quality Review process Providing support to the partner and AD Process implementation Requirements Qualified CA(SA) – preference with fist time board passes Articles at a Big 4 Audit firm Minimum of 4 years post article experience – preferably in the Financial Services sector Duties: Understanding of quality and risk requirements Excellent understanding of IFRS and GAAP (Local) with in the Mining sector At least 2-3 years people management experience within a traditional audit environment Must not be longer than 2 years out of Audit If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
