Business AnalystWe are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.ResponsibilitiesDefine configuration specifications and business analysis requirementsPerform quality assuranceDefine reporting and alerting requirementsOwn and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integrationHelp design, document and maintain system processesReport on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product teamCommunicate key insights and findings to product teamConstantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customerWHAT YOU NEED:Industrial Engineering degree or IT degree4+ years experience with tech & Insurance (non-negotiable)Understanding of payment & claims processesDo write upsCommunicationSelf-starterExperience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and toolsSolid experience in writing SQL queriesBasic knowledge in generating process documentationStrong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skillsYou are welcome to ( ) or connect with either , or on LinkedIn.Please note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.Please consider your application unsuccessful if you do not hear from us within 3 days
