Job / Position Summary: This position is responsible to capture local payments (inwards and outwards) accurately and efficiently.Key Responsibilities & Main Duties: Capturing of local payments (EFT, RTC, RTGS, Web Transfers) accurately and efficiently.Verify customer signatures on all applications.Capturing of transactions received via MQ from agency banks.Process suspended EFT’s, debit orders.Capturing of Standing Instructions (Internal and External)Team work. To ensure continuous work flow in the absence of any staff member.Punctuality (Daily attendance and leave record)To be compliant with Bank’s policies and proceduresCommunication. Effective communication with branches and within TBS
