Northern Suburbs) Province Gauteng Job Description Purpose This position falls mainly within the Accounts Payable function. This entails Supplier management and payments.The role enquires knowledge of the overall functions of the logistics function due to the fact that this role is responsible for the logistic suppliers. Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Key duties Responsible for all processing of the invoices and payments for Logistics, Marketing and Ad Hoc vendorsResponsible for Supplier Master Data file capturing and maintenance. (MDMS)Assist with Foreign Payments in support role.Responsible for specific Global Financial Validation System (GFVS) items in a preparing role for management reporting.Collectively responsible for proper Accounts Payable maintenance and good supplier aging.Responsible for month end closing accruals and assistance on above mentioned responsibilities.Ad Hoc support in Accounts Payable Department within Finance and assisting and following up on queries for both management and internal clients.Admin and filing.Responsible for full Corporate Card Management Function.Responsible for Full Function Fixed Assets, I.e., Counts, reporting, additions, disposals, merges etc.
