Operations ManagerA leading industrial company situated in Johannesburg is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for:Supervise the KPAs of subordinatesEnsure that all subordinates have the skills and knowledge to carry out their functions efficiently and effectivelyEnsure positive contributions to the department’s performance by the set objectives, coaching, counselling, and performance managementAdministration and Operational responsibilitiesTake ownership of the national Rentals EPR systems and related controls including ISO processesManage the invoicing and credit notes processesTake ownership of the Rentals financial variance analysis functionTake ownership of the logistics function including the transport administration process, reconciliations, and reportingEnsure that all units are billing as per the relevant lease agreementManage Capex, fleet, assets, and integrity there offManage and ensure that stock integrity on the ERP system is maintainedCoordinate the interaction with the legal teamTimely and accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reportsOccupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality controlCompliance with the client SHEQ code of conduct and standardsCompliance with the processes, procedures, and quality system (ISO)Key requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent10 years of relevant experienceAlternatively, you are also welcome to contact at or connect with her on Please note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.Please consider your application unsuccessful if you do not hear from us within 3 daysTagged as: Management
