Qualifications:Matric / Grade 12Business Analysis diploma or relevant qualification – AdvantageousDuties & Responsibilities:Work closely within PMO to support priority projects and manage backlog grooming with the product owners and project managerManage and update BA documents and ensure the availability and approvalSupport UAT and testing requirements to ensure that features were delivered as per documented requirements and within acceptable quality standardsOngoing monitoring and re-calibration of deployed solutionsGather and document business requirements from both internal and external stakeholdersBridge the gap between business and technical teams by translating business requirements into technical / functional requirements and plansSolution designAssist business in documenting operational procedures and presentation flowsAssist in gathering and documenting reporting requirementsMaintain and manage changes to requirements during a project phaseRequirement analysisWork closely within PMO to support priority projects and manage backlog grooming with the product owners and project managerManage and update BA documents and ensure the availability and approvalSupport UAT and testing requirements to ensure that features were delivered as per documented requirementsOngoing monitoring and re-calibration of deployed solutionsSkills and Experience Required:Systems Analysis insight and IT technical background5 years business and system analysis experienceDrivers licenseAdvantageous skills and experience3 years experience in the payments / financial industryUnderstanding of the end-to-end payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.)Business Analysis diploma or relevant qualificationApply now!
