JOB SUMMARY: An Internal Audit Manager is wanted at one of Africa’s largest, listed manufacturers of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). JOB DESCRIPTION: In addition to the company’s South African operations it has direct and indirect interests in international food businesses in other African regions. My client’s core business encapsulates manufacturing, distributing and marketing your everyday branded food to consumers in the middle class region. Role: You will be expected to provide the Board, senior management and Audit Committee with assurance that internal controls are effective and adequate, risk management process are aligned with company objectives and that the entity complies with the set out corporate governance codes.
