Our client, an international financial advisory boutique firm specialising in renewable energies and the energy transition, is looking for a Vice President – Project Finance to join their high-performing team Job & Company Description: Founded in , the company now operates internationally through 10 offices with about 50 collaborators in total. The company operates through 3 main functions, including mergers and acquisitions that include venture or growth capital advisory for renewable energy companies; project finance focusing on financial advisory relating to the structuring and raising of equity and/or debt for renewable energy assets; and strategic advisory (i.e valuation, model supporting, market intelligence, etc) on the renewable energy market.
