Overview Training OfficerA great mining company in Northern Cape is seeking the expertise of a Training Officer to join their team.Essential Requirements: Grade 12 CertificateBlasting Certificate for Scheduled MinesOD ETDP Level 4 Certificate6 – 8 years’ experience in an underground mining environment Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in external evaluation and auditing of training system/ initiatives in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, SETA Standards and legislation requirements, where applicable.Support the tracking and maintaining of an annual training schedule relevant to skills programs and ensure implementation when required.Participate in accreditation related activities and processes.
