Job Number 68509 Job Type Permanent Job Title HR Supervisor Computer Skills SAGE Industry Logistics and Supply Chain City Kempton Park Province Gauteng Job Description Key Responsibilities (duties are not limited to the list as there may be other factors and challenges that may be experienced in the duties): Manage the entire payroll function including administration, capturing and submissionEnsures that policies and procedures are aligned to corporate guidelines, legislation and company goals.Responsible for the recruitment process in terms of compiling adverts, interviews and on-boarding.Arranges / attends transformation forum meetings.Manages training plan for the group including learnerships, bursaries and internships Compiles yearly training report and submission of WSP/ATR to SETAHelp guide and support HR team to meet divisional goalsImplement effective HR systems and provide HR support to all divisionsMonitor and manage the performance management processUndertake all HR and payroll administrative responsibilitiesProvide proactive advice to management and employees on HR related queriesDevelop and maintain current staff profiles and maintain staff personnel files including job descriptionsEnsure full BBBEE alignment on all elementsCreate and implement an Employment Equity Plan and ensure company meets Department of Labour requirements, in terms of site inspections and submissions.Compile yearly training report and submission of WSP/ATR to TETAKeep up to date with current legislative and labour regulationsIssue warnings and chair disciplinary hearings
