Job & Company Description: The lead role is based at a well-established and nationally based insurance finance company. The roles’ main objectives of the lead role are to attend audit committee meetings and present audit observation and provide feedback on the audits. As well as responsible for the implementation of the internal audit plan with regards to assigned companies. Education: B Degree or equivalent (and relevant) qualification (with Computer Science / Computer Auditing / Information Systems / Auditing / Data Science as majors) CISA / CISM / CRISC / CGIT / CIA / CA (SA) (one or more of the afore mentioned are preferable) SQL / ACL (or data analytics equivalent) certification Job Experience & Skills Required: 5 years data analytics experience. Essential knowledge regarding, Internal controls, CAAT tools such as ACL, SQL. Experience in data auditing/process auditing through data analytics. Management/Review of work of medium sized teams, comprising of 3 members at minimum. Reporting to Audit and/or Risk Committees. At minimum, 1 year Oracle and Java experience and 5 years or more SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services experience.
