Sales Support ExecutiveJob Overview: A sales support executive performs administrative tasks to support the sales team and help them to gain and keep customers. The sales support specialist will also respond to customer complaints and queries and will ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.Responsibilities and Duties: Provide administrative assistance to the sales teamEnsure all sales team requests are completed within assigned SLA timesEnsure all customer requests are processed within assigned SLA times This includes but is not limited to: Telephonic and email enquiries related to products, services, quotations, orders, delivery, part returns and general account informationQuotationsOrdersParts arrival and ETA’sPart return and SAPC submissionsDaily back-order review and processing Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies Conduct investigations to identify and resolve order/inventory problemsEnsure excellent customer satisfaction Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposesPerforming data entry tasks on Customer Management Platforms – ensuring that customer data and information is always updatedAssist finance division with general account and payment queries Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product and services and special sales offers to easily provide customers with required information Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales and customer satisfactionCustomer complaint handling and resolveScheduling customer meetingsReporting of activities to managerEnsuring adherence to regulations, and policies Qualifications: MatricIndustry related experience Attributes and Experience: Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageousData Capturing experienceStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsThe ability to multitask and quickly switch focusComputer literacy, IT skills and typing skills.An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Computer Literacy: MS Office / 365SAP knowledge will be advantageous
