Applicants with a short notice period are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:Considering the best method of preparing the entities to be deregister Clearing out remaining balances where applicable, declaring dividends to clear loan accounts etc.;Consult with our internal tax department on potential tax issues to consider and how to best address these.Drive the process to facilitate any actions required by company management to remedy these tax matters;Requesting and collating tax clearance certificates.Liaising with our secretarial department to prepare the relevant resolutions and documents required to apply for deregistration.Monitor and maintain records of the stage of completion and outstanding matters/reasons why the legal entity cant immediately be deregistered if applicable; andMonitor and drive the process to get the legal entity to final deregistration If this is the one you have been waiting for, then do not delay and apply today!
