Job & Company Description: In this role you will take responsibility for the full payroll function of +- 2 employees within the group. Duties include but not limited to:Checking master data maintenance by junior administratorsSystem capturing of promotions, bank changes, leave applications, etc.Prepare and import payments and deductionsManually calculate salaries, overtime, acting and leaveProcess daily and monthly payroll updates (bonus and overtime)Reconcile month-end costing and liability reportsPrepare monthly SARS EMP totals and bi-annual SARS Education: Matric (Grade 12) with mathematics subjectRelevant payroll qualification Skills & Experience: 5 to 7 years’ experience in a full function payroll position is essentialMining industry experience is essentialPal Solutions systems experience highly beneficialStrong SA and African countries payroll experience is essentialStrong Microsoft Excel skillsFinancial and business acumenStrong personalityAbility to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environmentTeam playerApply now!
