JOB SUMMARY: Opportunity Available!! Our well known client in the Business Development sector is looking to employ a Help Desk Assistant to join their team in Mthatha. JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Description: Properties Administration Receive and record all repairs and maintenance requests and coordinate response from tenants and Portfolio Coordinators.Coordinate a list of all vacant units from the coordinators monthly to schedule maintenance by Facilities Managers.Administer the capturing/loading of new tenants for new accounts together with the vacation process of those terminating their contracts. Procurement administration Issue requisitions for goods and services for Properties Unit and once approved, seek quotations as per company policy.Check requests for goods and services for compliance with budget, procurement policy, and other related company policies prior to placing of purchase order.Print out purchase orders and sending to the chosen service provider(s) after checking and approval by line manager.Check with the service provider(s) for delivery of goods ordered and once delivered, ensure that such goods and services are appropriately signed for as proof of delivery.Ensure that goods and services delivered match with the purchase order issued.Ensure that service providers are paid timeously. General duties Coordinate property meetings such as allocations, staff meetings as well as sessions with external stakeholders such as Municipalities, potential investors etc.Coordinate Property staff travelling, and any event related to the Properties Unit.Attend inquiries from external clients in relation to information in the unit.Receipt and recording of outgoing and incoming unit correspondence. Job Requirements: National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree 3 years administrative support experience including tender base procurementMust possess the following competencies:Office management,Document filing,Scheduling meetings,Computer literacy and report writing skills.
