Job & Company Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for the full creditors function of the business and will ensure that all creditors are paid accurately and timeously.Duties include, but are not limited to:Loading and processing payments in the banking and accounting systemsInter-company payablesForeign exchange currency dutiesEnsuring that all invoices approvedMonthly reconciliation of creditors ledgersCapturing of month-end accrualsPosting journalsReconciliation of accountsVerify, sort, post and check staff expense claims, bills, invoices and vouchersDeal with any enquiriesAssist in the annual external audit process Education:Diploma in finance or accountingJob Experience & Skills Required:5 to 10 years’ experience in a full function creditors role is essentialMining or manufacturing industry experience is essentialForeign exchange currency experience essentialAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel is essentialSyspro experience preferredAbility to take initiative, learn quickly and strive for resultsAbility to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environmentTeam playerApply now!For more finance jobs, please visit
