Joining a fully remote team, you will be expected to help ensure the smooth delivery of projects to customers, deal with customer queries while making Sales calls to prospects and managing the general operations of the company. The role is multifaceted; therefore, the ideal candidate will be someone that does not fit in a box, thinks independently, and can make up rules as they go along. There will be full training on anything technical. DUTIES:General Office Administration.Manage projects and see which tasks need to be prioritised for the team.Liaise with customers to get feedback and discuss issues that need to be resolved by the team.Social Media Management.Update some online articles.Make Sales calls to prospects.Send out client contact emails (With Sales bonuses for any deals closed).Manage the general operations of the company ensuring the team is compliant to all company policies.Ability to earn more from closing sales leads.REQUIREMENTS:Work from Anywhere but must be resident at least 80% of the time anywhere in South Africa.Have a stable internet connection. A company laptop will be provided.
