Job Description A well-established and growing renewable energy EPC providing commercial solar solutions to various businesses in the commercial, agriculture and industrial sectors is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.Minimum Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering•7+ years’ experience in managing commercial and industrial Solar PV installations•Excellent at managing multiple teams on multiple projects; and taking full ownership of project and team.•Solution driven•Thrive under pressure•Implementation of systems and procedures is required •Must be procedurally driven to attain results and improve efficiency of the project management office. •Must have good administration and computer skills•Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and work well in a team – provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustment and progress. Ensure efficient communication between the Sales, Finance and On-site teams•Good organizational skills•Effective time management•Must have a positive attitude, •Must have excellent problem-solving skills•PM software use and proficiency•The PM will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope
