Staff Solutions Recruitment are currently seeking candidates for their open Parts Administrator position in Johannesburg, Gauteng through Go Job Search. Duties:Responsible for all administration of the parts department together with Parts Manager.Attend to daily debtors and banking received.Must maintain high level of accuracy and double check oneself.Attending to finance related queries and issues.Attend to Debtors and Creditors function including reconciling accounts, resolving queries with Branch Accountant.Daily reporting to Dealer Principal.Assist with HR and payroll with attendance registers and overtime schedules.Responsible for keeping track of inventory, ordering and purchasing parts for customers.Issuing of all sublet orders and stock request.Assist to coordinate picking up or delivery of parts from one factory to another or to clients.Some responsibilities may include dealing with warranty claims and processing returns of all internal reconditioned components.Your duties may include administrative tasks such as billing and crediting customers.Answering phone calls and responding to emails, and resolving any customer complaints.Reporting discrepancies. Requirements: Matric or certificateCode 8 License (valid)Minimum 1-2 Years’ experience in similar roleAutomate experienceRead and Write in English
