Job Description A leading international consultant is looking for Social Scientist to join their team in Johannesburg.This position offers the opportunity to work with industry leaders with an exceptional company culture.The successful candidate will be responsible for studying the distribution, flow and quality of groundwater, make appropriate recommendations on mitigative actions or monitoring requirements and provide further specialize input/advice.Requirements•Honours degree in Hydrogeology (MSc preferred)•5+ years’ experience with all relevant fieldwork in a consulting sector•Minimum 2 years’ experience in numerical modelling.•Detailed understanding of applicable legislation relating to groundwater, surface water, storm water, wastewater treatment, and health and safety•Excellent report writing skills
