Overview SHERQ OfficerA small mining company situated in Northern Cape is seeking the expertise of a SHERQ Officer to join their team.Essential requirements: Grade 12 CertificateNational Diploma in Safety / Risk ManagementCertificate in ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001SAMTRAC / COMSOC (1 & 2)7 – 10 years’ experience in an opencast mining environment Main Responsibilities: To prevent and minimize accidents, dangerous occurrences and non-conformances in respect of safety, health, environmental, risk and quality standards and to assist Line management with the updating, implementing and maintaining of SHERQ systems and procedures to ensure legal compliance to the MHSA
