JOB DESCRIPTION: Duties: Responsible for all administrationAnswering phone calls and responding to emails, and resolving any customer complaintsAttend to daily debtors and received.Controlling Skills Development & Training registers, maintaining records, recording costs and submitting reports Monitoring, checking and updating of Accounts and Debit ordersPreparing monthly bank statements and Sewell reportsHandling of IOD claims, BBEE queries and Confirmation of EmploymentMaintaining Staff Files Assist with and payroll with general queries, leave forms, attendance registers, maintaining clocking system and overtime schedulesGeneral filing and document keeping of licenses’ Supporting IT department with logging and monitoring of tickets, recording and keeping information and passwords up to dateHandling of Fleet invoices and Merchants Skills and Competencies: Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)Good Communication skillsMust be able to keep information confidential Analytical and interpersonal relationship skillsStrong Organizational skillsKnowledge of working on Evolve/Automate will be advantageous Requirements: Matric/Grade 12Min. 5 years’ of relevant office administration experience
