Job Description: Provide level 2-support for shop-floor-systems, drive and coordinate issue fixing with level 3 support teams and vendorsDocument requirements to drive requests for new functionalities and changes with level 3 support teams and vendorsFollow-up on testing and implementation with key business usersMonitor system interfaces and correct related errorsMonitor system error reports and logs, correct errors and train key users accordinglyCommunicate effectively with business users to ensure customer satisfactionInitiate purchase orders and provide related IT-Procurement documents, reviews and approves associated invoicesIT projects supporting Job Requirements: Professional qualification in Information Technology3 to 5 years of experience in industrial enterprise, ideally AutomotiveExperience in the field of production processes and shop-floor-systems (MES & sequencing)Operating systems: Windows Server 2019, Windows 10Hardware: HP servers and clients, Intermec scanners and printersNetworking, cabling, Cisco hardware experienceDatabases, mainly Microsoft SQLMES technical background exposure
