Job DescriptionThis client is looking for an experienced Property Coordinator/Administrator to join their team. The successful applicant will oversee projects from inception in terms of acquiring the land, Town Planning requirements, and working directly with the Project Managers and Project Professional Teams. This is a full-time position based in the Durban area, so the ability to commute or relocate to the location is a requirement.Role Responsibilities Acquiring site information from GIS and WidenedPlanning and coordination of development projectsProject managementObtaining necessary legal documentation/ and AgreementsCoordination of company EntitiesOrganising necessary Professional teamsCoordinate meetings between necessary Professional teamsObtaining all necessary documentation from professionals and partnerAction requirements/documentation to professionals and partners.Taking minutesGeneral administration.Coordinating internal departments per project. Behavioural Competencies Professional, honest person with integrityExcellent administrative skillsTime management skillsStrong communicator (written and verbal) Education and Experience Matric, tertiary education advantageousPreference will be given to persons with Property experience.2+ years of project management experienceGIS and WidenedComputer literate, legal document experience advantageous
