Out Client in the Financial Services Industry is looking for a strong and dynamic Collections Services Consultant to join their team to provide processing and support for all Collections clients.Requirements:Strong financial and administration experience1-2 years working experience preferably in the Insurance or Financial Services IndustryResolve client queries and escalated queries from the team within the SLADeal with broker’s requests and instruction within expectationsProcess collections and payments in line with legislation and deadlinesTrain and support clients to use the Web PortalTrain and assist brokers with new systems and products.Build and maintain relationships with brokers and internal clientsWork well with all clients, brokers and Fulcrum team members.Matric certificateRegulatory Examinations (preferable)Available Immediately as the is a one year contract
