Tower Group are currently seeking candidates for their open Receptionist / Marketer position in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal through Go Job Search. Are you an experienced candidate looking to take up a Receptionist / Marketer role such as with an industry leading company like Tower Group?

.Reception & Marketing Admin: General housekeeping of reception and three appointment rooms to make sure they always tidy.Answer the reception phone, transferring phone calls and taking messages for the relevant staff members.Manage the marketing team’s diary with presentations, career days, RFR and booked appointments.Confirming the appointments, the day before – by telephone call and WhatsApp message.General filing such as delivery notes and admin such as preparing appointment documents for the appointments.Data capturing management on the database system.Greet and welcome appointments and get them to complete the documents before seeing a student advisor.Offer tea and coffee to the parents and students while they wait at reception and fill in the appointment form.Processing of appointment and application documents on the database system.Filing of the appointment and application documents and preparing and sending of provisional acceptance letters to parents and students.Assist with payments and receipts for applications.Assist with daily student queries and call the relevant staff member to assist if necessary.Assist with Open Days and Saturday appointment days occasionally.Assist with setting up marketing events and sports and social events.Assist the marketing team managers with any other relevant duties. Calling databases and Marketing roles: Managing a schools databaseRunning marketing activities off this CRM system to generate new interviewsCalling prospective Grade 12 learners and their parents to book campus interviewsPotentially down the line: Have the ability and learning how to conduct a student interview (consultation) with parents where you discuss the prospective students school reports, look at their school achievements, discuss NewBridge College benefits and selling points, discuss fees and application and take them on a campus tour.Potentially, have the ability to present to a school (Grade 12 group)Need to have a sales and marketing drive for this potential role
