DUTIES Requesting / Negotiating of freight rates from various shipping linesProcessing estimates to the clientsLiaising with customers, depot, cold stores, customs, Transnet, etcArranging of PPECB and State Vet inspectionsApply for hazardous acceptanceProcessing and submitting of Haz PDProcessing of CTOUpdating of the stack list for various customersSending booking confirmations to the clientsProcessing of customs documents (SAD500, SAD554, etc)Processing of Road ManifestsProcessing of Shipping OrdersSetting up of Solas with transporters/depotsPre-advising on Navis/shipping line websiteProcessing of bills and SI’s according to the clients’ requirementsAble to work on IntraProcessing of cargo dues / Shipping ordersProcessing of EUR1, Form A, Coo, SADC, BSC, ECTN, CNCA, EFTA, Phyto Certificates, etcProcessing of insurance certificatesProcessing documents for Letter of credit shipmentsBooking of customs examination/inspection if requiredCourier of documents for L/C purposes and general courierMonitoring road over-border loadsTracking of shipmentLiaising with agents regarding deliveries, rates, etcInvoicingReconciliation of creditors & agent’s invoicesHandling of Queries from clients and 3rd partiesHandling accounts queries
