To ensure that all payments to suppliers are affected as per agreed terms including forexpayments? Reconciliation of Creditors accounts – Full payments process? Updating of payments tracker and daily Cashflow? Ensure all approvals are obtained when manually capturing sundry expense and correct GLallocations? Ensure all queries and emails from business/suppliers are responded to within required timeframe? Ensure Age analysis is reviewed on weekly basis for relevant suppliers (both local andforeign)? Drive new system changes and assist with system implementation? Ensure payments are run timeously within the respective payment run? Make sure all supplier bank details are loaded on the banking platforms and ensure allpayments are loaded from the correct Bank Account? Liaising with the operations teams daily to resolve queries?
