Duties:Report to the client in writing and keep a proper record of repairs and returnsPrepare and submit warranty claimsKeep a record of all warranty claimsTelephonic support for customersOn-site support for customersInternal sales technical supportProblem evaluation on specific applications where equipment is usedCommissioningAttend to breakdowns or commissioning on-site as and when requiredAbility to travel away from home, after hours, and cross border supportAssist with spare stock control and warehousingAdministration of the service centerMaintain ISO requirementsAssist with customer quotes when requiredAdhoc duties as required by ManagerRequirements:Minimum of MatricA qualified Electrician or Technician with N3 or National Diploma: Electrical EngineeringMinimum 3 years experience on Control SystemsControl systems Electronics and/or Pneumatics experienceComputer literacy – MS OfficeExcellent People skills and written communication skills
