Minimum requirements for the role:A BSc or B.Agric or related degree or diploma is preferred but not essential for the role.The company is happy to train a graduate with no experience into this role.The successful candidate must have good excel skills.Must be computer literate, be self-motivated and have good people skills.Must have good communication skills and have excellent leadership and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Assisting and supporting Senior Regulatory Managers with all administration and documentation for regulatory within the agricultural industry.Assisting with new trials reports and summarising the data in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.Assisting with creating a specimen label, MSDS / SDS sheet, and project list of all laboratory and field trials.Assisting with creating protocols for trials which will be used by internal and or external person for specific product development for both laboratory and field work.Assisting with registration dossiers, updates, renewals of current products and collections.Assisting with ensuring that all published, marketing and label regulation is aligned to policies.Assisting and ensuring all product renewals are up to date on a monthly basis.Assisting and ensuring that all products have valid and updated tm registered and that these are submitted to the department of agriculture if required for registration proposes.Assisting with trials: this includes disease pressure scorings, plot planting, data generation, yield estimations and any other task related to consistent and trustworthy data generation.Ensuring that all labels are signed off by the director with official signature in official file. Receiving delivered samples required to external/internal laboratories for both chemical and microbial laboratories as requested by the technical manager/director.Assisting with quality control within the microbial or chemical laboratories during peak season when requested. Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
