Job & Company DescriptionsA telecommunications provider company is seeking a Financial Accountant join their finance team. As the Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:Creditors:Ensure all invoices of stock are received and loaded for paymentCreating purchase order on signed RFQ and submitDraft a payment schedule list for all invoices according to due datesProcessing of supporting documentation in Sage OneRecon of Supplier accounts on Sage One with Supplier StatementsSend proof of payment to suppliersCredit applications for new suppliersAge analysis of supplier payments and ensuring suppliers are paid within termsCapture and maintain accurate supplier information Debtors: Collect all outstanding paymentsInvestigate incorrect billing – unallocated payments, wrong invoicing, cancellations not processedDebit order bounced back Finance: Management accounting and reporting daily, weekly, monthly (timeously and accurately)Financial accounting up to Balance SheetManage annual audit engagement in conjunction with group financial manager, and prepare required audit filesEffective management of company cash cycle, manage creditors Qualifications:Completed Bcom or Diploma Skill: 3 – 5 years in similar roleSage would be beneficial
