Job Description: Compile recipes and formulations and specifications.Maintain all documentsAssist with blender correctionsEnsure internal and external samples and swabs are tested in-house and externally by an accredited laboratory for verificationCompile monthly sampling/testingEnsure that there is a system whereby the release or blocking of the finished product is in placeJob Requirements: Post matric 3year qualification in microbiology, chemistry, or food technologyAt least 2years experience in food or beverage environment in laboratoryAbility to run the foods safety systemMust have attention to detailAbility to communicate with others
