Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Regional Clinical Pharmacist for one of the largest Private Hospital groups in South Africa!The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and managing clinical pharmacy services within the Western & Eastern Cape regions, provide expertise at a hospital level, driving enhanced therapeutic drug monitoring and develop clinical pharmacy tools and guidelines for the regional clinical team.The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:•B.Pharm •M.Pharm/PharmD in Clinical Pharmacy essential •Registered with the SAPC •10+ years’ experience •Relevant operational experience and application of clinical pharmacy masters in a hospital setting•Contribution to appropriate industry conferences and journals would be a distinct advantage•Private hospital experience required
