You will be responsible for driving and implementing the nursing function within thespecialized nursing units.? Effective building of relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Ensuringproductive working relationships with key external stakeholders? Degree / Diploma in Nursing & current registration with SANC? Formal post-basic qualification in a specialized area.? Post-graduate qualification and or a Master’s degree will be advantageous? 5 years of proven leadership and management experience this includes theunderstanding of relevant legislation and regulations relating to the healthcareindustry and the nursing profession (e.g. Nursing Act ) (R158) Comprehension of theprivate healthcare funding model in RSA.Understanding of DoH requirements as itrelates to private hospitals and nursing (DoH core standards)?
