Job Description We are currently working with a dynamic, reputable international consultancy who is looking for Head: Data Science to head up their team.Minimum Requirements:•Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline•At least 8-10 years’ experience, 5+ in data science•Statistics, maths, economics, or other related field•Preferably an actuary or has knowledge of actuarial principlesRequired Experience:•Advanced Python and R programming, advanced Python scientific computing knowledge and strong SQL skills•Knowledge of other programming languages or libraries (such as Spark, orchestration frameworks, etc.) is beneficial but not required•Experience with statistical analysis and reporting of results•Cloud Data Engineering & Analytics (Azure, AWS, GCP) would be advantageous.•Data visualization tool experience such as with Tableau or similar would be advantageous•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
