Job Description:Our client, an investment company within the Private equity space, is currently seeking an Associate to join their team.Qualifications Minimum is a CA (SA)Experience: •Corporate finance (minimum of 2 years)•2 years’ experience in a Valuation role •A detailed understanding and application of the various valuation techniques:•Discounted cash flow (“DCF”)•Enterprise value (“EV”) •Earnings before taxation, interest, depreciation & amortisation (“EBITDA”), •EV •Earnings before taxation & interest (“EBIT”),•Price to earnings (“PE”) •Price to net asset value (“P/NAV”).•Thorough understanding and application of financial statement and company analysis. •Able to complete a thorough due diligence investigation. •Has the ability to complete a discussion paper. •Has the ability to complete a transaction proposal.
